1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using this app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. What this app is

This app is a trade-tracking, journaling, and analytics tool. It helps you record your trades, track your profit and loss, review your trading history, and identify patterns in your own performance. The app also includes deterministic chart tools — such as liquidity zone detection, a multi-length RSI indicator, and checklist tracking — that are provided for informational purposes only.

Nothing in this app is financial advice. Automated analysis, liquidity zone detection, indicators, and any other tool-generated content are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any asset. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, your capital, and any profits or losses that result from them.

3. Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Do not share your account or try to access other users' accounts or data.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, interfere with, or disrupt the app or its servers
• Attempt to access, modify, or delete another user's data
• Use the app for illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable law
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access in ways that harm the service
• Upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content, including images

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Account termination and deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes your trade data, screenshots, and authentication profile. We may also suspend or terminate service to any user who violates these terms or for operational reasons.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or reliability. Market data is sourced from third-party exchanges and may be delayed or incorrect. Automated analysis, liquidity zone detection, indicators, and other tool-generated content are for informational purposes only and may be inaccurate or misleading.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app owner and its service providers are not liable for any trading losses, financial damages, missed opportunities, or other harm resulting from your use of the app or reliance on any tool-generated content. You assume full responsibility for all trading decisions.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its code, designs, and brand assets are owned by the app owner. You may use the app for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell it without permission. Your trade data and uploaded screenshots belong to you.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date, and your continued use of the app after that date means you accept the changes.
